Maybe it's just because this karmic repatterning I'm doing with Jennie Falco is the kind of work that really leaves you raw. But that pimp-slap from the Harvard girl over the fact that I didn't know any of those French movie directors really is bumming me out. I mean it's not that I'm insecure. And yet ... I dunno. I just keep reminding myself, Jesus didn't go to college. Neither did Bono. Same for Picasso, and Gandhi and Stephen Hawking. Lot of people don't know that. And look what they've accomplished. Helps to keep it in mind.

At least get important facts straight, Stephen Hawking DID go to college:

Stephen Hawking not only went to college (Oxford), he also got his Ph.D. (Cambridge) under a professor (Denis Sciama) I took a cosmology course from when he was a visiting professor at Mount Holyoke many years later. Like Hawking would just randomly be the Lucasian Professor of Mathematics (Isaac Newton's old post) with no academic credentials. Yeah right...
Even example #1 isn't quite right. Jesus studied hard, even leaving home to do so. Lots of stories about postgrad in India, etc., but no paperwork has yet been uncovered.
Have ya'll never read satire before? Or did you drop out of school before they started reading satire in third grade?

Steve un-invented their degrees so that in his mind they would then be all part of the same peer group. Naturally he chooses people who have made significant historical interventions. With like, Einstein and Gandhi.
