This has two benefits dealing with the tech crowd: The yelptards who "get" her irony give her free booze, while the old billionaires who don't get it shower her with gifts for being so unaffected and free.

I also work extremely hard to cultivate that look of "not caring" about my appearance. It involves a lot of eating, for one thing...
She's not playing hard to get, just playing it smart. She knows that the moment you feel she's interested, your interest will wane. I'd play this one close to the chest, so to speak. By the looks of her, I'd play it close to her anything - as close as she'd let me.

My guess is, she starts to listen, cause I mean she wants what we all want, some type of recognition. But you play the whole wanting her thing kinda cool, it'll drive her nuts. Tell her you've hired her cause she has that kinda Linda Fiorentino from "The Moderns" meets Natalie Portman from "Beautiful Girls" thing goin on. Then gently tell her you hope she takes the job, and that Mr York will take her back to her residence, and that you'll talk in a few days. This will work FSJ, I've used a variation of this myself.
