It's a joke making fun of the poor folks who bought iPods and found rocks in their box instead of an iPod. Or maybe it's making fun of Apple marketing. I'm not sure. See here. Much love to James for sending in this link.

Steve,
Wooh,
Thanks I needed that!
I am feeling the Apple love once again.
Gee, ain't that cute.
Dad, the iPebble is just a "Pet Rock" from the 1970s. Has the patent on that device expired?
Besides Xerox you probably stole the idea from PARC which is an acronym for Pet And Rock Center
You see, even ipods are being bricked nowadays.
still no 3G? how about GPS?
Hideously funny :)
I want one! When will it be released? Do I have to get a protective case for it?
How about iPebbl?
Looks more trendy.
At least iPebble has an SDK.
mr. poopypantstard
And what have we all learned from this? Don't use in-store credit cards!
Only one question: will it (iPebble) blend?
they deserve getting rock chips from the chisel in the eye for trying to jailbreak/hack it.
Dude, I invented the friggin iPebble. Have you heard of it?
Is everyone who comments on this blog high? Just wondering.
I love listening to rock...

Yes. Which begs the question; What are you on?
Yes, scott johnson...we're all stoned.
hell
The name is wrong. iPebble doesn't flow off the tongue. How about the iStone?

Smokin' rocks, of course.

I've learned not to buy an Apple product from a non-Apple store. Just because one isn't near me doesn't mean anything. I'll do anything, drive 4 hours, fly, doesn't matter.
