For the life of me I don't know why Ballmer keeps going around making these fuzzy threats that he never backs up and won't ever back up because it would backfire completely and he knows it. It's curious that M$ is not going after Apple, at least not in an obvious way. (Let's not even bother with the zune piece of turd). I'm sure they have something dark going on, so keep up your vigilance.
Othewise, a pissing contest betwen the freetards and the borg is sorta good for Apple. The FUD on both sides will deliver more customers to Apple. Apple should stoke the fire on both sides, encourage both, but do so untraceably, impeccable deniability needed. Get Moshe's buds on the case.
