See this false story about a super-thin "MacBook Nano" which some stock market analyst says we are developing. I can assure you, friends, that we are not doing this. Or maybe we are. I'll have to get back to you. Early in January, okay?

Steve, please don't correct "suepr." It's awesome. You're redefining spelling, man.
Fake Steve, you big kidder. I've got a part to the new laptop you're not developing in my hand right now.
A Bloghack Mountain device if I ever saw one ...
hmm, let's see. ultra thin since there is no disk slot or hard drive...seems plausible. Replace the keyboard with the short-throw keylets, enhance by enabling multitouch on the display. Just might be the thing for Macworld.
At last, I always wanted a $2500 laptop I could snap over my knee.
Exqueeze me? No disk slot?
Are we all going to play cds and burn high-end jobs-like keynotes through osmosis?
AHA!! That's what you're getting at! Brilliant!
This is awesome! Who needs a superdrive in there? Just burn the disk on your iMac, transfer it to your MacBook Pro, upload via wiFi to your iPhone and BlueTooth it to this little puppy. simple really.
so, you dispatched moshe to do the wet-work on this little dweeb, brett jordan, right?
this agression will not stand, man!
FSJ,
A smaller, slimmer laptop by itself is not so compelling, even if it is totally wireless, and ran off of flash memory, and so can go days between charges.
What makes it special, what is it good for, that any other laptop doesn't do (or at least, not well)?
Especially if it has the same downsides as other laptops, e.g., doesn't fit in a pocket, can't use it while on the run, or even when standing up.
You've got something up your sleeve that you are not revealing!
soon enough, soon enough that you have spent a sufficient amount on leopard n macbook, then; a year maybe, that is, after some kind of shitty upgrade. THEY WILL UNLEASH THE FURY1111 that is, a somewhat smaller, slightly more powerful comp
I missed Powerbook Duo so much.
I wish it come with a docking station...we still need a drive to install software, right?
anyway pls bring it on!
